Objectives

The aim of this teaching unit is to provide students with up-to-datetransversal knowledge about the issues and propositions in the field ofageing.
Life expectancy has been increasing significantly in recent decades. Thepathologies associated with ageing are also on the increase. This teachingunit offers students the opportunity to study in an integrated way thedifferent levels of physiological and pathological ageing by means of amultidisciplinary approach. The courses will enable students with differenttypes of specialization (scientists, doctors, pharmacists, and chemists) toidentify a field in which they can apply the skills they have acquired duringtheir M1 studies.
The various courses and lectures provided by different researchers andteachers from different disciplines will give students an exhaustiveoverview of ageing.
